A measurable monitoring system is the cornerstone of a pollution mitigation strategy. The ZEN Plan provides validation of the standards used in our process with business use cases for municipality fleets, over-the-road fleets, off-road equipment, and marine vessels.
The ZEN Plan provides Real-time Business Intelligence of engine emissions for government and industry transportation managers. Our easy to install monitoring device can be reused between multiple vehicles and any type of marine vessel.
The purpose of our monitoring is to provide an initial baseline of pollution monitoring for all types of engines.
A subsequent monitoring, after the introduction of clean biofuel/renewable fuel, provides specific information for an individual engine or compiled to show improvement for an entire fleet:
- Municipality fleets: delivery, waste, transport, and mass-transit.
- Over the road: Transport fleets.
- Off-road: Construction vehicles, Agricultural equipment, Port equipment,
- Marine: Cargo ships, tankers, and in-port vessels.
The monitoring aspect of the ZEN Plan is provided by a small device attached inside the end of a vehicle’s tailpipe or marine exhaust funnel. There, it monitors NOx emissions and particulate matter at the point of origin where pollution enters the environment.

Ongoing spot monitoring by government agencies provide a means of enforcing compliance of federal, state, regional, or local emission regulations. With statistically accurate data, companies with violations of emission regulations can now be subject to fines or loss of government agency contracts.
With our detailed monitoring, we provide the means to know who (specifically) is polluting within the transportation industry sector and how much pollution they are causing, by company fleet and by individual vehicle or ship…

With an emission baseline established, an optional Clean aspect of the ZEN Plan is initiated. Our Clean partner is an environmental company dedicated to improving air quality by providing advanced technology products to improve the efficiencies of diesel engines, especially in the heavy-duty transportation industry.

- SOx: Sulfur oxide emissions are mainly due to the presence of sulfur compound in the fuel.
- NOx: NOx is produced from the reaction of nitrogen and oxygen gases in the air during combustion. Nitrogen oxides are discharged into the atmosphere as air pollution
SOx and NOx levels are reduced in the transportation industry by switching to fuels incorporating renewable sources in their production and reducing/eliminating the use of fossil fuels.
